Types of repairment

Startup Problems

  • Unable to start the server(in the status of no power)
  • The device will automatically restart.
  • After startup, the system is unstable and will restart automatically.

Camera Problems

  • The camera keeps shaking or is unable to rotate
  • No image output from the camera (blue screen)
  • The image of camera shows no color (in black and white).
  • No output on the screen or the screen output is abnormal (snow interference).
  • The camera is unable to be remotely controlled.
  • The image of camera looks like oil painting.

Image Output/Input Problems

  • No output or input for DVI OR VGA PORT.
  • No output or input for COMPOSITE VIDEO OR S-VIDEO port images.
